* If your order contains more than 30 pieces of glass, we may have to charge you for a second box.

Royal mail parcels can take 6-10 working days to arrive.

Under 1 kg	1st class post at £3.90 ( Can go through a letter box)
Under 2 kg	1st class post at £5.90 (Too large for letter box)
From 2 kg to 22 kg	24 hour Parcel Force service at £8.90 per box

Remember, the actual weight of small items is including the packaging.
There are no collections or deliveries on the weekends or bank and major holidays so if you need glass by Monday please get your order in on Thursday before 10 am.

What does next day mean?

Orders that are received by 11 am will usually go out the same day. Although Parcel Force manages to deliver 90% of our parcels the very next day this is not a guaranteed service.

Orders outside the UK.

At present we are not sending small parcels to The Republic of Ireland because of all the documentation problems we are having.

Our only service is for parcels over 2kg priced a £19.90 per box. We hope this situation changes in the near future.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 14 days.

If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs. However; if the item is damaged faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.
